If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from the app "Mogamath" (developer: X-Coding Era), please fill in the form below. Your request will be processed within 30 days and confirmed via email.
What happens next?
- Your request is queued for review by our team.
- Within 30 days we permanently delete your personal data: account profile, enrollments, watch history, quiz attempts, uploaded content, and messages.
- We retain payment records only where required by law (up to 5 years for accounting and tax compliance).
- You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided once deletion is complete.
What data will be deleted
- Your personal profile (name, phone, email, password)
- Course enrollments and progress
- Quiz attempts, grades, certificates
- Wallet balance and reward points (any unused balance is forfeit)
- Support tickets and chat history
- Device information and FCM push tokens
